Chris Hogan joined Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan in 2011. He is a solicitor in the Litigation Department, dealing with mainly criminal cases. He has defended a wide variety of cases at District Court, Circuit Court, and Central Court of Appeal. He is also experienced in civil litigation.
Chris has developed a strong specialism in defence of criminal proceedings. He regularly advises defendants in Garda custody as well as in the firm’s offices, and his expert advice, as well as his practical and tactical strategies for successful defence of criminal cases is valued by clients in Kilkenny and surrounding counties. He is expert in preparing and advising on complex criminal defences before the superior courts
